These mini 15 minute (max) live classes are for you to begin or keep you motivated with a weekly Hypopressives practice. These short classes are for you to practice your Hypopressives. 121 sessions are also available to learn. Technique is key to making progress. Hypopressives is a low pressure way to train your pelvic floor and abdominals. Using breath and retaining the breath to create an abdominal vacuum without pressure. This low pressure fitness will reduce the likelihood of you developing pelvic floor dysfunction or prolapse at any age. Anyone who does any type of weight training, running, impact sports, pregnancy or just daily life puts pressure on your pelvic floor. Hypopressives will increase your ability to breathe functionally and may help to reduce neck, back and shoulder pain as well as help your cardio performance for sport. All videos will be uploaded to the online library for subscribers, bronze, silver and gold to watch and repeat. Suitable for men and women of all ages, post natal, those with prolapse, diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunction. NOT suitable for pre natal and heart conditions.
