FREE. These are ad hoc classes that usually are 15-30 minutes in length. The classes are different each time and focus on specifics in nature. Every class is added to the on demand section for watching again and again. Designed to fit in with busy lives for that balance. These are different every class and can cover ANY topic. To give you a feel of what you are getting below are some examples: - daily stretches - yoga breath - pelvic floor - how to activate your core - wrist health - yoga for sleep - meditations - ab work - pilates specific exercise skills - pilates classical - beginners explanations and introduction - mindfulness - yoga yin - lunchtime stretches - healthy backs - strength for arm balances - understanding neutral pelvis - journaling The topic for the week is shared in the private facebook group or whatsapp group and is often based on requests from Silver and Gold subscribers.
