Service Description
Handstands are complex. A jam packed workshop to improve your handstands. This workshop is for you if you can kick up already to the wall & want to improve endurance, balance & posture. You already can kick up to a freestanding handstand with a partner support, or kick up to a free stand on your own. Skills you will learn: Handstand mobility Improving holds & endurance Freestanding awareness Differrent entries (tuck /single leg / straddle) Improve your line and hold Navigating upside down Wall techniques Leg positions Floor drills Using bars 2 coaches onhand to assist your progress.
