From the home studio I run group classes of a maximum of three people and also 1-1 Pilates or Yoga sessions. The 1-1 sessions can be based on any requirements / goals for sports performance or injury rehabilitation. Group classes change every week to incorporate different equipment and exercises. The group sessions are paired for similar ability and goals. Places are always in demand so get in touch as there could be a waiting list.

Andover Pilates Augusta Park

Whitchurch Pilates and Yogalates


Pilates and Yogalates (a blend of Pilates and Yoga) classes Whitchurch are held in the extended All Hallow’s Church Hall, a lovely bright hall with plenty of natural light is great for our classes with loads of natural light and space.

Longparish Yogalates


Yogalates (a bend of Pilates and Yoga) classes are held at the Longparish Village Hall. Plenty of parking and easy walking from the village.
