Bunny is a qualified PT and also Calisthenics coach.
Her passion for movement and functional bodies working 121 needs to have many training disciplines.

Personal Training 121 and Nutrition
Bunny will incorporate weights and functional exercises in her 121 sessions where she sees suitable. Depending on your goals will depend if Bunny will take you on as a client as weekly PT is not what she offers. We offer rehab type personal training as the starting point and then Bunny will choose the path that is right for your future and your body. This can include homework or a personal plan as you get stronger to get you into a gym environment safely. Bunny wants to teach you correct form, safety and knowledge around moving your body before anything further.
Level 4 Nutrition qualified you can discuss ways to improve your nutrition around a sustainable living.
Age, ability, mobility, injuries are not barriers to exercise. Everyone can increase their fitness with the right knowledge, support and coaching. Sometimes free weights are not the answer YET.
Online option
Johnathan is an Oestopath and PT and there are many online previous classes available from both Bunny and Johnathan. These are no longer streamed live weekly but you can try 7 days free of Bronze and take a look and replay.
Bunny and Johnathon both have extensive knowledge of the body, your form and safety is upmost priority to help you reach your desired goal whilst still pushing you.
Functional movements, training for a competition or an event, increasing your strength and ability to move well would all be part of your sessions and each session is individually programmed for you.
