• Classes are paid for via a block and payable in advance for the full term

• NO REFUNDS are given on a class block and if you can no longer attend you will forfeit your fee. 

• If a term space doesn't work for you due to commitment you can pay as you go 'only' if there is a space. Any term person will get priority for the space as a catch up class. 

• Please think of your term class space as a gym membership subscription. It is a paid block. 

• A month's notice is required for termination of your class space. 

• Read all the Help page questions on Class Swap as this will explain most things regarding how to swap your classes. 

• Swaps are available during the term block only - they don’t carry over to new terms.

• You will not need to confirm your weekly class - it is confirmed every week as normal. 

• Your term place is already booked for you so no need to action that on Class Swap. 

• A term space and groups are allocated very carefully with personalities / levels / injuries and experience. Hence the studio is run like this rather than drop ins. This gives the maximum experience for the client to build trust and work with likeminded people in the same class each week. 

• Your term place will continue term to term until you cancel your place and give one months notice. 

• Class Swap will automatically mark you as enrolled for YOUR fixed weekly class.

• Cancellations are available for you to cancel for a credit to swap (but only in the current term or it is lost - even if it is the last session of the term). If you know you are going to be away in the term block make sure you offer the swap up so you receive a credit.  

• The class swap is mainly for holidays and appointments in advance. Not for short term cancellations or frequent swaps. There is a long lead time to be able to cancel and swap for this reason. 

• The full fee is payable in advance for the term class block if you attend all the sessions or not.

• Swaps are not guaranteed and are a luxury option that is available only if a space pops up. Avoid relying on the swap system. Note again swaps are not guaranteed. 

• Swaps are managed by you via the Class Swap site. You can see them in the Class Swap tab. 

• You can swap to classes at your level so any class you can see on your profile you can book without concern about level. Note intermediates can book beginner classes but not the other way around. 

• If you are set at an intermediate level and you are unable to book a class swap to a different level please let me know as there is a setting on your account that needs amending to allow you to do this. 

• If you haven't been able to cancel as too last minute please whizz me a quick message so there is a possibility someone on a wait list can be offered it.

• You are in control of your own class cancellations as long as within the time frame. 

• You will receive the ability to move 2 classes only per term block so your class spot remains constant for you and the rest of the class. 

• To obtain a credit you MUST put up your class to obtain a swap. Note credits are not given for missed or last minute session cancellations. 

• Remember to check all your dates as if you are not booked on then you cannot attend. 

• Please diary your class swaps so you don’t forget as you don't receive reminders. 

• Closing period for accepting into a class swap place is 1 hour before the new class commences unless I text you for last minute space where someone has advised they cant attend. 

• The class swap is only for holidays or occasions and isn’t a substitute to hop classes frequently. 

• If a term booking with the above terms doesn’t work for you, drop ins as PAYG maybe available if space allows. You can ask about this in your next class to downgrade from the next block. Note this will forfeit your space. 

• If you have booked into a class where there is a term availability space and that place gets taken your class swaps become void. A place is by default only available as catch up if the space is unattended by a regular client. 

• Please make sure you remove yourself from a waiting list if you no longer wish to attend. To remove yourself from a waiting list for a class, on your 'Class List' page, go to 'More Info' and you can remove from here. 

• Class payments are either by term block paid in advance for the amount of classes in that block OR via monthly subscription. Monthly subscription is based on a pro rata fee payable EVERY month even during holidays. The fee is based on 38 classes per year (but usually you receive 40). 

• Any household D&V you must be 48 hours household clear. Please respect my health and my other clients health. 

• Messages are answered in working hours only. My admin time needs to reduce so please read above and the help before messaging me. Note I am no longer dealing with class attendance manually.
