Service Description

Welcome to Yin Yoga & Meditation. Time for you to challenge your body and mind and take time to relax. In this session you will understand the power of Yin Yoga. Relax your mind, body and spirit. Bring your equilibrium back to harmony and balance. Yin Yoga is a calming but will also challenge you to remain still. Emotions can be released and processed. Join and feel restored, rebalance & revitalised. Within your Yin practice you will: - Balance the Yin and the Yang - Work on ligaments and facia - Restore the emotions in the body - Encourage deep breath work - Build your resilience to stress - Release tension - Choose which poses are right for you - Learn about yourself . . Booking in advance is essential and we are unable to accept admission on the day. . What do I need to bring: You will need to bring your own pillows, bolster, block(s), blanket to use and fold as prop, potential second blanket for comfort, thicker yoga mat advisable(or two), comfortable clothing, warm socks. Don't forget a drink. No kit is too much. Comfort is the secret. If you would like to experience the meditation in darkness please bring an eye mask. . . This is an adult only event. . Free on-site parking is available by the hall or in the carpark opposite. ARRIVAL 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE to avoid disturbance to others for a prompt start. We ask people to not arrive late as doors are closed promptly. . We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this wonderful practice together. Bunny
