Pilates Reformer class online (classes kept small). Using your own Reformer in a live online class to improve strength and posture. Contact me for availability and to discuss to see if this session is the correct ability for you. Equipment required: -Reformer -Box -Platform extender (or the ability to stand on footplate) -Foot strap Small items maybe required: -Magic circle -Band -Hand weights (tins) -Small ball -Block To join these classes you need a good knowledge of the Reformer with previous experience and be confident with your body and exercises.
