Hi, I am Rachel. I currently attend the yoga morning movers, Monday Pilates and Johnathan’s tabata and circuits. It takes a lot of planning to fit it in around work and family but is so much easier than “going” to a gym. I am really enjoying the range of classes available online and on demand. It’s so easy to book via this app and to see the one off sessions that are available. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my exercise.
